Jindal SAW has several state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, Total Capacity: 3.4 Million Metric Tons per Annum, The Line Pipes are mainly used for energy transportation in oil and gas sector as well as water and slurry transportation.

Jindal SAW Ltd. is the market leader capacity wise in manufacturing of large diameter submerged Arc Welded (SAW) Pipes using U-O-E, J-C-O and Helical Processes. The SAW Pipes are mainly used in transportation of Oil, Gas, Slurry and Water.

The first SAW Pipe mill (UOE) was commissioned in the year 1987 in Kosi Kalan, State of Uttar Pradesh and thus Jindal SAW Ltd. became the 1st Pipe Mill to produce LSAW Pipes in India.

With a vision of establishing Jindal SAW Ltd. as a foremost supplier of Line Pipes globally, 2nd Pipe Mill was commissioned in the year 2000 close to port Mundra- The first major all-weather private port in west coast of India, Kutch District in the state of Gujarat. In order to cater the rising demand, SAW Pipes division continued and now has expanded to Seven (7) Pipe Mills in India and two (2) in the United States.

In addition, we provide relevant, value-added services by way of specialized internal and external Anti-Corrosion Coatings, Connector Casings and Hot Pulled Induction Bends thus we call ourselves as TOTAL PIPE SOLUTION COMPANY.

JINDAL SAW Ltd. has manufactured and supplied more than 25,000 Kmsof Line pipes & exported in excess of 14,000 Kms of Line pipes for On-shore and Off-shore pipeline projects across the world. This division is the Market Leader in its segment in India and has supplied Pipes for major line pipe projects in Middle East, North America, Latin America, Africa, Europe, Australia, CIS and Asia.

Besides, through 100% subsidiary, Jindal Tubular (India) Limited we are operating Spiral Pipe facilities having aggregate installed capacity of approx. 1.4 Million MTPA in India under Operation, Maintenance & Management Agreement (OMMA). The Size range of Spiral Mills are 18” OD to 150” OD and located at Chennai – Tamil Nadu, Vizag – Andhra Pradesh, Varsana - Gujarat, Jaipur – Rajasthan with required External and Internal Coating facilities.

Jindal Connector Casings

The weld-on Connector Casing Pipes are used for Onshore & Offshore exploration and exploitation. The state of the art connector welding facility is located at Samaghogha, Mundra in the state of Gujarat. Over 800 Kms of Connector Casing Pipes have already been supplied.

Hot Pulled Induction Bends

Two induction bends manufacturing units with a size range of 4” to 56” OD are located at Samaghogha, Mundra in the State of Gujarat. Over 8,000 bends have been fabricated and supplied in India and Overseas.

Jindal Seamless Tubes & Pipes

The Seamless division produces Tubes & Pipes at a state of the art plant at Sinnar, which is approx. 205 Kms from Mumbai near Nashik in Maharashtra State, India, with technology & equipments from MANNESMANN DEMAG Huttentechnik-MEER of Germany, acknowledged world leaders in Seamless Tube & Pipe technology.

Our plant has annual installed capacity of 220,000 M Tons for Carbon & Alloy Steel Pipes and is equipped with modern manufacturing machineries and latest testing facilities including Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) and 3 layer Poly Ethylene (LPE) Coating Line.

We have recently commissioned a state of the art PQF Mill from SMS MEER, Germany and have also added a new Quench and Temper Furnace, Up setter, Hydro tester, MAC EMI & UT and PMC Threading machines. With the addition of these machines our mill would be technologically at par with the best seamless mills internationally.
